Courtroom Shock: Phypers Arrested During Restraining Order Hearing

The bitter divorce battle between former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers exploded into live action on Friday when Phypers was dramatically arrested inside a Los Angeles courtroom.

The arrest came during a hearing for Richards’ temporary restraining order against her estranged husband. Phypers, 53, was taken into custody after the State of California filed a felony complaint against him, charging him with four serious offenses:

Witnesses inside the courtroom reported that Phypers was “visibly upset” and argued with deputies while being led out in handcuffs.

“He’s Almost Killed Me So Many Damn Times”

The arrest is the culmination of months of Richards’ emotional testimony detailing harrowing claims of physical abuse during their marriage.

Earlier this month, Richards, 54, told the court, “He’s almost killed me so many damn times,” testifying she suffered at least three concussions and other injuries, including a black eye, in 2022.

Specific allegations she made under oath include:

Phypers, however, has vehemently denied all claims, stating, “I never physically harmed Denise Richards… I never threatened to harm her.” He attempted to defend himself by suggesting Richards bruises easily and that witnesses supporting her were merely “made up” or opportunistically seeking celebrity access.

His attorney, Michael Finley, released a defensive statement: “We expect [the charges] to be proven false and for him to be exonerated.”

The OnlyFans Demands: Half of $300K a Month?

Adding another layer of shocking pettiness to the divorce is Phypers’ financial claim. The man who claims he is “broke” and facing eviction is demanding half of Richards’ substantial income from her OnlyFans account.

Phypers claims the actress is earning up to $300,000 a month from the platform. His justification for the demand? He allegedly took many of the photos himself, arguing he is therefore entitled to part of the community earnings.

The judge extended the temporary restraining order until the next hearing on November 7, where the judge is expected to re-examine the restraining order and potentially address the criminal charges. The stakes for both parties—Denise’s safety and Aaron’s freedom—have never been higher.
